Now that you’ve made the choice to live healthy you only want the best for your body, and when you ask most folks what’s best, organic is usually at the top of their list. While buying organic is great for foods like beef or strawberries, it doesn’t make much difference for others, like avocados or eggs. It’s wrong to assume that all organic foods are healthier than non-organic options, or that organic equals healthy. Organic high-calorie, high-fat granola bars and sugary cereals are just as bad for you as the non-organic version.
