6. Freeze your fruit!
Ice cream is the summer’s regular frozen temptation but the calories can just leave your healthy lifestyle out in the cold. Instead, chop your favorite fruits and stick them in the freezer. They make a great afternoon snack on a hot summer’s day. Or toss them in the blender for a smoothie with some ice and coconut or almond milk as a quick and healthy treat. Don’t deprive yourself! Just be more selective on what you will have, no matter when or where you are.
