Water is good for more than drinking. Get in it and play. It’s a great way to keep cool while staying active. Try a water aerobics class to increase strength and resistance. This is especially good for those who need to go easy or should be sensitive to joint-health. For something a bit more relaxed, just keep it simple. Splash around the pool and enjoy the fun! Do a few laps for full body cardio workout.
