The Friend

Some might say working out with a friend will only distract you, but to me, it actually makes working out more fun and less stressful. You’re not so self conscious around your friend and since they are your friend they will encourage and motivate you to reach your goals. Besides, working out doesn’t have to be boring and serious all the time, that only makes the time drag along. Having a friend to laugh and joke with will make the time fly by and before you know it your workout is over.
