Severe Body Pains

If you’re someone who may suffer from severe breast and/or back pain, due to a prior surgery, or maybe genetics, it may not be easy for you to complete certain exercises to the best of your ability. Do not push through the pain. I repeat, do not push through the pain. It’s no use doing an exercise that will not be beneficial to you. If you think that your ailment will cause more damage than it does good, take a step back and alert your trainer as to what you can and can’t do. Often he or she will offer modifications of the exercise that can better suit you.

  1. I’ve told my trainer no without any problems when I’m too sore or too tired. There is no reason to tear a muscle or have a heart because I can’t speak up
