A 49-year-old woman has just profited exponentially after suing a former fling for who gave her genital herpes.
The couple met on Eharmony and dated a few times before they had their first sexual encounter, in which she testified that she asked him to wear a condom, but then suddenly wasn’t wearing one. The 69-year-old man then said it was too late. He then confessed to having herpes, and of course, the woman kicked him out of her house immediately.
The man, a retired dentist, said he wanted to inform her that he had herpes only because, “he liked her and wanted her to know there might be times when he had an outbreak and he would have to refrain from sex.”
This can’t be life.
Days later the woman claimed she started having painful outbreaks and was prescribed anti viral meds. But the meds began to cause her hair to fall out, and she developed depression and anxiety.
How dreadful!
She sued the man in civil court, an unusual step, and went through a four-day-trial. The outcome? He was found 75% accountable and she was awarded 900,000 dollars.

I am so glad that she won. No, you can’t put a price tag on your health. That was just mean of him not to inform her and to remove the condom. He did not care if she was infected at all. So selfish.
