Metamorphosis by Tracy Anderson – I saw this workout program during one of my sleepless nights while on mommy duty. I saw the infomercial while trying to stay awake as I breast fed my little man. Yet another program designed by a woman for women, this program differentiates from the P.I.N.K method because it designs customized workouts based on your biggest problem areas.
There are four different area focused workouts. Abcentric for women who gain the majority of their weight in their stomachs and backs. Hipcentric for women who gain weight in their hip area. Glutcentric for the women who gain most of their weight in their backsides and omnicentric for women who don’t have any particular problem areas, but just want to get in great shape. Every workout is comprised of 9 different workouts to help you achieve the body you always wanted.
If you don’t know what program would work best for you, there is a body-type calculator on the website that tells you which system your body identifies with.
These are all wonderful programs, but I have decided to go with the P.I.N.K Method. My choice was based on the fact that it has been over 9 months since I last worked out. I feel that a gradual workout system would be the best and smartest one for me. When it comes to picking an exercise regime, the number one thing to consider is safety. You never want to pick one that causes too much stress on your body. That is counterproductive and won’t give you the results you desire.
Which program do you think is best for you?
It will be 12 months on the 30th since I gave home birth to my 3rd child…back to back! My body is in protest. When are you starting PINk method? I need a partner in crime. You interested Risa? I purchased P90X last year, so i guess I’ll stick with that program. 🙂
