If you’re like me you have been out and about enjoying this 70 – 80 degree weather for quite some time. The summer brings in a wave of events around the city, not to mention a time to get out and simply enjoy the sunny days.

The summer is also a great time to workout outdoors. If you’re in need of a few things to get an adrenaline boost this weekend, here are things you can do:

  1. Go Biking – Walking Schmalking! Hop on your bike and cruise around the city enjoying what the city has to offer. Biking gives you a great way to get in shape, meet new people, and see the city all at the same time!
  2. Go Hiking – If you’re in an area where there are a lot of trails, head for your nearest one and go hiking. Hiking is a great intensity workout to get your blood pumping.
  3. Play Ball – If you’re a sports enthusiast then you already know that summertime is the best possible time to get out play basketball/football/soccer or really any sport where you don’t have to be couped up inside to get it in! Head to your local park or rec center and have a good time sweating off those calories!
