Beyonce’s worked hard to drop the weight after giving birth to her first child, Blue Ivy. Although she hasn’t publicly given away any tangible secrets to explain her sixty pound weight loss, Beyonce announced to her ravenous fans that her toned figure could be attributed to cardio and a diet full of lettuce.
“Y’all have no idea how hard I worked!
I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!”
Now tonight I’m gonna get chocolate wasted!”
We are going to guess that Bey didn’t eat only lettuce for six months, but it is a great foundation for anyone’s diet. Hopefully, Beyonce won’t wait until she’s Janet Jackson’s age to share her weight loss tips.
