  1. I LOVE BodyRock.tv! However, they use too much equipment now. Back in the day, having an interval timer was necessary and everything else was optional. Now, it seems that you need 5 different fitness equipment to do a workout.

    • @Mykie: I totally agree. I used to follow religiously but the equipment demands have gotten to be overwhelming. So I just look back at old routines that Zuzana used to do
