An unfortunate incident has put a woman in the hospital in Las Vegas. The Heart Attack Grill, a restaurant known for their high calorie, high fat burgers, has given their second patron a heart attack.

While dining at the restaurant, she collapsed and was wheeled out by paramedics. There is still no news as to her condition.

Although it would seem like a name like the Heart Attack Grill would be fit to place blame on, owner Jon Basso also caught her drinking a margarita and smoking a cigarette.

“She was eating, drinking, smoking, laughing, dancing, having fun,” says Basso. “But when you treat your body like that day in and day out, eventually your body is going to give out.”

Yet doctors believe that the Heart Attack Grill most definitely contributed to her heart attack. It seems just by taking a glance at the menu, their food serves to put people in the hospital. Their menu includes specialties like “flatliner fries,” “bypass burgers,” — which you can get in single, double, triple, or quadruple bypass.

The quadruple bypass burger is at least 10,000 calories and is known in the Book of Guiness World Records as the most caloric sandwich in the world.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Basso knows exactly the type of clientele that the spot attracts, but he doesn’t want to be held accountable:

“We attract an avant-garde clientele — thrill seekers, risk takers,” says Basso, adding that his restaurant is a “bad for you but fun” restaurant that “attracts people who don’t really take good care of their health.” He goes on to say, “Unlike cigarettes, I have had warnings labels since Day 1 when we opened in 2005 telling people how bad our food is for you. I think that skirts any liability we might have.”
