What’s the challenge you ask? Well, it’s simple, make it a rule to eat meals only while sitting down at the kitchen table. This is an important challenge because according to Bauer:

She’s right, I know I can eat my dinner and still eat a bowl of ice cream…or two…while I watch my favorite reality shows.
