We’ll suffer through talks of giving up our favorite foods. We’ll drag ourselves out of bed early for grueling workouts. But one thing most of us won’t suffer through….talking numbers on the scale. Whether you’re slim, thick or overweight, talking about weight is a sensitive subject for most people. No one ever really wants to admit their real weight and will lie about it as fast as they lie about their age. We avoid scales, give arbitrary numbers and flat out refuse to talk about weight. However the reality is you can’t get serious about making a healthy lifestyle change without getting real about your weight and how much you want to lose. My goal for the first 6 months of this year is to lose 10-15lbs…..
