Now that President Bill Clinton is trying hard to get into his vision of heaven by embracing a compassionate lifestyle, vegans are continuing to trend positively across pop culture. In order to help people who are interested in veganism, The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is launching a 21-day Vegan Kickstart on September 5th.

The kickstart is a three-week online symposium designed help people understand the many aspects of the vegan lifestyle, which includes nutrition, animal rights, and health and well-being.

In addition to a 21-day meal plan, celebrities will provide daily anecdotes, which will humanize veganism and capitalize off American’s obsession with celebrity culture.

According to Eco Razzi, everyone who signs up will receive daily messages starting September 5. Expect delicious recipes such as Speedy Black Bean Burritos, as well as tips on how many recipes to make each week, and how to adjust the meals according to your family’s size. The nutrition tips will spell out exactly what foods are and aren’t allowed on a vegan diet and the plan also recommends cookbooks and other resources. For the vegan on the go, there’s even a free iPhone app. Other bonuses include a healthy food quiz and info on the Flavors of India.

Check out this video below and see if you want to join the kickstart.
