Here is a recipe from the darker folks over G Living.  This delicious creationis for those of you who would like to have a treat on “hump day.”

The good people over here at Frugivore worked out what we think the recipe’s caloric breakdown is and came up with some interesting findings:

Fat makes up a whopping 75% of total calories…

Walnut Milk and the Golden Flaxseed alone make 84% of the fat…

Depending on how much you drink, this recipe can almost give a average size woman her total caloric intake for a day…
